The advertisements that get displayed on media platforms attract us more than anything else. Though chilled soft drinks soothe our taste buds. The summer season or hot climate attracts us more towards such soft drinks. 

Our body demands an adequate amount of fluid in order to stay hydrated. Many times we get bored with drinking plain water and at that time this carbonated water or cold drink helps to relieve our thirst. Drinking such soft drinks can negatively impact our bodies. Obviously, the hidden side effects of consuming such beverages are never displayed in advertisements. 

Replacing such hazardous cold drinks with the healthiest drink is all-important to keep ourselves away from negative impacts. There are many healthy drinks that are easily available and can be made with less effort and are also loaded with several health benefits. I have listed a few best drinks that can soothe the thirst while satisfying your taste buds.


1. Lemon and honey water

We all know that lemon water is good for you. But trying something different always makes life beautiful or you can say sometimes it can refresh our taste. As such, Lemon and honey water is one of them. It is indeed one of the most popular drinks that are followed and recommended by many health fitness coaches. Lemon is loaded with vitamin C that helps in boosting our immunity, improving the digestive system and honey is rich in antioxidants, essential vitamins, and minerals.

When together they are blended they provide essential health benefits. Drinking them daily can help in burning fat, clearing acne, and flushing out toxins from the body. It is recommended to have it after workouts since it helps in stabilizing energy level and keep you fresh. And drinking it anytime in a day will not give any side effects.

Drink it with lukewarm water for the best results. Sipping this lemon and honey water will leave yourself refreshing and soothing.

Preparing and consuming tulsi tea has become a new trend. Many brands are selling tulsi tea packets also if you wish to make it of your own, you can add fresh leaves of tulsi to the boiling water along with lemon. 

Consuming tulsi tea can help in reducing stress, improving skin, treating hair fall, improving memory, metabolism and many other health benefits.

4. Sugarcane juice

5. Coconut water

In recent years, Coconut water has become one of the popular natural drink that everyone prefers to have. No doubt people have realized that coconut water is healthy and coconut water is good for you.

The reason is obvious, apart from its refreshing taste they have numerous health benefits that actually help in improving yourself.

Coconut water naturally contains 94% water and very little fat. They are a very good source of fiber, vitamin c, and minerals which are important and much needed for our body.

Most people prefer to have it in the early morning before breakfast since it helps in improving metabolism.

The health benefits of drinking it are many out of which some are-

It helps in improving constipation and helps in digestion, improving blood pressure, making skin glow. Coconut water also helps in hydrating and thereby balancing electrolytes.

Coconut water is a good replacement for sweet drinks and also has better health benefits than beverages which are filled with a high amount of sugar and harmful preservatives.
