This is a great tip and hence I thought I should share this with you. Many times it has happened to me that when I am away from my computer especially when I am traveling, I am required to share project proposals and reports with just my team or my clients. When this happens, you start to miss your word processing software.
Your only way out is Google Docs. Here we will learn how we can use it.
You don't need to download any software on your computer to create and share text documents. You could use Google Docs right from your browser. However, if you are using a mobile device, you should have Google Docs App installed. The app is available for both Android and iPhone/iPad. Install it and we can proceed with the steps.
The advantage of using Google Docs is that numerous individuals may work simultaneously. You can see other people's changes as they are made, and every modification is automatically saved.
