How to use Menti in PPT
Step 1: Open the PowerPoint Application on your desktop
Step 2: Click on Addins in the top right and search for Mentimeter
Step 3: Once the search result appears, click on Add next to the search result to add the Mentimeter to your PowerPoint application.
How to Sign up for Mentimeter
Step 4: Log in with Mentimeter account credentials or if you do not have a Mentimeter account, click on signup.
If you click on signup, then click on Login and you will be taken to the Mentimeter webpage to create the account. You will be given a code which you should copy and paste back into the Mentimeter Addin screen in the PowerPoint.
Step 5: Once you log in, click on the New Menti button to get started.

When you open this during the live session, this is a slide on which you should wait for the participants to join.
After the time for the question is over the right answer will be displayed on the slideshow along with the counts of participants that answered the question and also on the mobile device of participants.
Step 18: To display the leaderboard move to the next slide. The leaderboard will be shown on the slideshow screen
Step 19: To show the next question, move the slideshow to the next slide and click on Start Quiz when ready.
Once you reach the last leaderboard, the final winner will be declared.
Step 20: The quiz ends after this final leaderboard slide. You can move on to any other content slide after this.
You won't be able to run the quiz again in the same session and if you return back to the quiz slides they will display the results of the quiz that recently concluded. To run the quiz again for a different audience, you must reset the quiz.
To reset the quiz, come out of the slideshow mode, and click on any quiz slides. In the right side panel, click on the Settings button and then Manage results.
Click on Reset Results.

You cannot directly delete any add-in elements placed on the slide. To delete them click on the element. You will see a small arrow to the right, click on it. You would then get the option to delete the element.

You can insert any other content slides before the first quiz slide or after the last leaderboard slide. If you insert any other slide in between the quiz slides they will display during the quiz, which is not an ideal scenario. This is only ideal when the slide is related to the quiz. For example, you want some content slide in between to share some details about the question that was displayed on the previous slide.
